Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original Gallery boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For small decor, print your prepaid label; for large furniture pieces, our concierge team will contact you to coordinate a professional white-glove pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
